Saddle Trial Policy

Return Policy

All saddle trials are charged for the full price of the saddle up front. The customer has seven (7) days from the date the saddle is received to try it. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the saddle to Midwest Saddle Company on or by the seventh (7th) day, if it is determined the saddle is not an appropriate fit.

Midwest Saddle Company prides itself on the representation of its products. However, reviewing an item online is often not the same as viewing it in-person. Please contact Midwest Saddle Company with any additional questions or concerns prior to purchase.

Saddle Care:

• Please take care to protect the condition of the saddle;

• Do not ride in the rain, snow, or other adverse weather conditions;

• All saddles must be returned clean, and in the same condition they left the business in;

• Please refrain from using any leather products, such as oil, soap, or conditioner on the saddle;

• Saddles returned with excessive wear and tear may incur a damage fee.

Return Process

If it is determined that the saddle will not be a suitable fit, the customer may return the saddle within the seven (7) day period for a full refund of the saddle price. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If shipping the returned saddle, Midwest Saddle Company recommends that the customer insures the saddle using its price for the declared value when returning. Midwest Saddle Company must be notified of the tracking number. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to Midwest Saddle Company is the financial responsibility of the customer. No refunds on shipping are provided.

Excessive Wear

If a saddle is returned with excessive wear, the customer will be charged an additional damage fee. The damage fee is equal to the amount by which Midwest Saddle Company will have to discount the price of the saddle, as it can no longer be sold as originally priced. Excessive wear includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dings, scuffs, stains, or cuts to the saddle.
